Within walking distance of the Horan Nature area, Wenatchee Confluence Sate Park has 197-acres of wetlands on one end and grassy areas with shade, sports fields, a roped off river swim beach, boat launch and camping facilities on the other. Muskrats and Beavers are among the viewable wildlife.
The tasting room at the Cashmere Cider Mill was not opened to the public until 2007. However, it now offers a variety of cider tastings Thursdays through Saturdays, and musical events are held during the warmer months.
