The cemetery at the Spring Grove Cemetery & Arboretum is the second largest cemetery in the country. On its 733 acres are found the resting places of famous people, such as congressmen, bishops, baseball players, and Civil War generals.
The 8 acre Washington Park is a hub for all kinds of activities and includes a dog park, playground with boardwalk and stage, fountains and climbing walls. The open space is frequently utilized for concerts and other events.
