Botanical Gardens

The Phipps Conservatory was originally a gift to the city of Philadelphia by railroad magnet Harold Phipps in 1893. The conservatory has 13 indoor rooms, and six outdoor gardens, and is also considered one of the greenest energy efficient buildings in the world.
