Located within the former Alaska Juneau Gold Mining Company's compressor building, the Last Chance Mining Museum is owned and operated by the Gastineau Channel Historical Society. Artifacts associated with hard rock mining, industrial mining tools, and one of the largest mining air compressors are on display.
