Hines Park is more commonly known as simply Hines Parkway since it covers a wide flood basin of more than 15 miles in length. The large park has a disc golf course, sledding hill, multiple playgrounds, several ball diamonds, volleyball courts, picnic areas, and an ice skating rink.
