Fort Griswold State Park

Step back into history by visiting Fort Griswold Battlefield State Park in Groton, CT where the 1781 Revolutionary War massacre led by traitor Benedict Arnold happened. A restoration of the Ebenezer Avery House, which sheltered the wounded soldiers has been restored on the grounds.
