Festival of Trees

Many Quad Cities arts programs obtain most of their operating budget through the Festival of Trees, a winter holiday celebration and fundraiser. The Festival is fun for the whole family, featuring photo opportunities with Santa, breakfast with costumed childrens' characters and formal dances for adults.
