Milton Hershey employed nearly 600 workers during the Great Depression, and one of the buildings they created was the Hershey Theater. The theater containing four different types of marble, bas-relief ceilings, and gold arched ceilings fashioned after St. Mark's Cathedral is used for Broadway shows, concerts, and classical music.
