The Hastings Museum houses exhibits, a theatre, and a planetarium. Attractions include wildlife dioramas, daily planetarium showings, and the hands-on Groundwater Discovery Adventure that uses a paleontological dig, Plains Indian settlement and 1857 cabin to explore the Ogallala aquifer.
