The Oak Lawn Park District is a collection of over 300 acres of parks, open fields, and recreational facilities for public use. These facilities include playgrounds, sports fields, picnic areas, an 18-hole golf course, and numerous others.

Led by a Coast Guard licensed charter captain, Capt Angelo’s Fishing Bug Charter leads fishing trips on Lake Michigan in pursuit of Coho, Lake Trout, Steelhead, Brown Trout, and Chinook Salmon.

Lawn Aqua is a private swimming club that has been in operation since 1962. The club features three swimming pools, designated by ages, as well as a spacious sun deck, basketball courts, and a lounging area.
