Cradle of Forestry

Pisgah Forest, North Carolina is home to the Cradle of Forestry, the birth place of forest conservation in the United States. The Cradle contains the nation's first forestry school. Visitors should not miss the Exhibit Hall, which is packed with video clips and historic artifacts.
